RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY 

Returns and exchanges can be made within 7 days of date of delivery. Masks, Inner-wear and other personal garments/accessories cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons. Only items that are in their original packaging, still intact and show no signs of use may be returned or exchanged. 

All purchases of on sale items are final. In case of any dispute, the decision of RSPR will be considered binding. 

All international and local customers must bear the cost of return shipping. 

Refunds will be made in the same method of payment as the original transaction. For electronic payments this may take up to 21 days. 

Please note that RSPR fully complies with regulations of the Consumer Protection Department of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry Qatar.
